Batch Centrifugal

Non-continuous or batch fully automatic centrifuge device (vertically suspended pendulum type) is used to separate solid materials from liquid and automatically discharge dry materials. In this type of centrifuges, first the material enters the centrifuge by opening the automatic valve, and then the machine gradually increases the speed. If needed, at different speeds, operations such as washing the crystals with water, steam, etc. are performed. Finally, the emptying is done automatically by opening the lower emptying valve. and this cycle is repeated in different batches. This system has control instructions with defined programs. All operations are performed without the need for human labor and fully automatic, which can be controlled remotely. The basket, basket cover and net are made of stainless steel (Duplex type) and the machine body can be covered with stainless steel.

The advantages of this device are the possibility of stopping and dewatering the material at a speed (250 to 1000 rpm) or at certain times defined by the operator. Also, the device has the ability to install an AC motor with Drive speed control to improve material quality and reduce production costs. This device can be converted into a regenerative system to recover energy and save power consumption. This device is designed with a fully automatic function and can be controlled remotely. The process of using this device can be changed according to the usage.

The selected engine has less consuming power due to the new designs, so it requires less energy while increasing efficiency. In addition, the system is equipped with a mechanical disc brake and operates automatically when necessary.

The capacity of non-continuous centrifuge devices is different according to the type of material and how to operate the device. This type of machine has been manufactured and delivered to the customer in different capacities including 1250, 1500, 1750, 2200 kg per hour.
